Most European businesses building capability in India face the same upstream question — how does the people side of the GCC need to look, and who delivers it? I lead the European side of Professa's GCC Advisory practice as Regional Director EU and Partner — focused on the head-office decisions on leadership, talent and organisational design that determine whether the GCC scales or stalls.
